Last updated 2026-09-16. How to report material on this site that you believe infringes your copyright.
Our approach to copyright
thetvsapp.net, run under the name TheTVApp, respects the rights of copyright owners and expects the people who use this site to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512.
This site is an informational guide. It does not host the channels, films, shows or sports streams it describes, and it does not accept uploads from visitors. If you believe that text, images, a file offered for download such as the APK on our home page, or a link on this site infringes your copyright, you can ask us to remove it using the process below.
How to send a takedown notice
Send your notice by email to the address on our Contact page, with DMCA Notice in the subject line. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following.
1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If one notice covers several works, include a representative list of them.
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing and that you want removed or disabled, with enough information for us to find it. The full URL of each page or file on thetvsapp.net is the best way to do this.
4. Your contact information, including your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Notices that do not include these elements may not be acted on. Before sending a notice, consider whether the use of the material could be allowed by the law, for example as fair use.
What happens after you send a notice
When we receive a valid notice, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the material identified. Where we can, we will also let the person who supplied that material know that it has been removed.
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice can make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees, under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
Counter-notices
If material you supplied was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or because it was misidentified, you can send a counter-notice by email to the address on our Contact page, with DMCA Counter-Notice in the subject line. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3), it must include all of the following.
1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location, such as the URL, where it appeared before it was removed.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
4. Your name, postal address and telephone number. You must also include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found. The statement must also say that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person's agent.
When we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward a copy to the person who sent the original notice. Unless that person tells us they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity, we may restore the material no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice, as described in 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(2)(C).
Repeat infringement
This site has no user accounts and does not accept uploads. Where the same source, file or link is the subject of repeated valid notices, we will remove it and stop offering or linking to material from that source.
Contact us
Send DMCA notices and counter-notices, and any questions about this policy, to the email address on our Contact page. Emails that are not about copyright should use the same address without the DMCA subject line.
